The Hulamin Extrusions presses provide capabilities up to 200 mm circumscribing circle diameter (CCD) for hollow profiles, 230mm CCD for solid profiles and 320mm CCD for spreader profiles. The specific limitations for the various types of profiles are listed below under the following section links:
Hulamin Extrusions has been at the forefront of extrusion die developments over the years. A Die Manufacturing Department manufactures the majority of the extrusion dies for the three extrusion plants. The tooling sizes range from 230mm in diameter used on the smaller 1500 MT metric tons press to 556mm in diameter for the larger 3800 MT extrusion press. Designs are done on modern state of the art CAD/CAM facilities, which are integrated with the die manufacturing equipment.
Design assistance is also available from experienced designers.
Hulamin Extrusions can supply anodised aluminium extrusions in a range of colours including natural, bronze and black. Anodised Extrusions are available in lengths up to 6.800 m. Painted aluminium profiles are also available from Hulamin Extrusions through various sub-contractor arrangements.
Fabrication facilities are also available to customers. These capabilities vary from straight length cutting to mitre cutting, punching, drilling and tapping.
